Refund and Returns Policy

At EchoMedia Ads, we take pride in providing professional, high-quality digital advertising services tailored to each client’s goals and industry specifics. Our work involves strategic planning, creative development, research-based decision-making, and a personalized approach to every project. Because of the nature of digital services—where value is created progressively from the moment the project begins—it is important for our clients to understand the cases in which a refund may or may not be issued. The following policy outlines all conditions related to refund eligibility, payment return procedures, and exceptions.

Refunds may be issued only under specific, clearly defined circumstances, primarily when no work has begun or when an unavoidable error has occurred. A refund can be requested strictly before the start of any strategic work, creative development, research activities, communication with creators, or technical preparation. Once any part of the project has been initiated, including preliminary tasks, analysis, or brainstorming, the service is considered partially provided and therefore ineligible for refund.

Refunds may be considered and approved if:
The service was purchased unintentionally, such as an accidental order placed through the payment system, provided that the team has not started any project-related tasks.
A duplicate payment occurred, resulting in two or more identical transactions for the same service or project stage.
A technical or processing error took place, caused by the payment system or platform, leading to incorrect billing, repeated charges, or payment failures.
Internal scheduling or operational limitations on our side prevented the timely start or execution of the service, and the delay was not caused by missing client materials or feedback.
EchoMedia Ads is unable to deliver the service due to exceptional internal circumstances, system issues, or unforeseen operational restrictions, and no portion of the service has been executed.

Refunds cannot be provided when:
• Any part of the service has already begun, including strategy discussions, research, concept generation, asset preparation, UGC coordination, production tasks, or ad setup activities.
• The client changes their mind, decides to shift focus, alters business direction, pauses their marketing efforts, or otherwise no longer requires the service after work has started.
• Subjective dissatisfaction arises regarding creative style, advertising results, or personal expectations, as digital marketing performance depends on many external factors outside of our direct control (market conditions, competition, platform algorithms, audience behavior, creative fatigue, landing page quality, and conversion funnel issues).
• Delays or modifications become necessary due to the client not providing required materials, approvals, access permissions, brand assets, product details, or timely feedback essential for progressing with the project.

If a refund is approved after reviewing all relevant details, the payment will be issued exclusively using the same method that was used for the original purchase. For security compliance and transparency reasons, alternative refund methods, third-party accounts, or redirected payouts cannot be used under any circumstances. The processing time for refunds may vary depending on the client’s bank, credit card provider, or payment system policies; EchoMedia Ads has no control over external processing timelines once the refund has been submitted.

By purchasing our services, the client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund and Returns Policy. They acknowledge that digital advertising requires collaboration, consistent communication, and mutual responsibility for project outcomes. EchoMedia Ads remains committed to fairness, professionalism, and transparency at every stage of the service and is always open to discussing any concerns, clarifying project details, and supporting clients in achieving the best possible results.
